How does the delivery process work?
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
• After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
• Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
• International Shipping – International clients do not pay import duties levied by their government to Spy World. Clients will not have to pay the customs duty to the courier provider in order to receive the product.
How are items packaged?
We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer and are safely secured with additional Packages. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

What is the estimated delivery time?
We usually dispatch most orders within 2-7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
• While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order. However, in the case of international orders, product delivery may get delayed due to reasons attributable to logistics, public holidays, etc.
• If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 10 days of the order date.

Cancellation

This is the Return and Refund Policy of Spy World (SMART SHOPPERS) We at http://www.spyworld.in work hard to provide our customers with the latest Gadgets at the impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the design quality simply return/exchange the product within 5 days of delivery. Need to return – Few points to remember
• Returns/exchange requests need to be within 2 days of the delivery of the product. still depend on the use of spy products.
• All returned items must be unused and not manipulated and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags or manipulated will not be accepted.
• In case of returning a product when payment is done by COD, you can email us at contact@spymall.in with your bank account details for the refund.
• In case of a return, shipping charges shall be non-refundable. Rs: 60 or charged shipping whichever is higher as a shipping charge, will be deducted from the actual amount.
• In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. Please share the snapshot and Unboxing Video at contact@spymall.in
• Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
• Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
• In case of an exchange of a product with a different size/model, the customer will have to pay Rs: 60 for the second shipping charge. But the initial shipment would remain free (it was paid via spyworld.in).
- Spy World is not liable for any return or refund in case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt due to an incorrect delivery address or wrong contact number provided by the customer. In such cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a proper address along with a correct contact number for successful delivery of the product. The order will remain on hold until the customer provides accurate delivery details.
